The BEST Strategy for Solving Problems in Your IT Services Business

Are you an MSP struggling with solving problems in your business? Maybe it’s hiring people or making sales. Perhaps it’s your solution stack or cybersecurity protocols. It could even be you simply don’t know how to price your services. Whatever it is, I’m going to give you my single best strategy for how to solve any problem you’re dealing with in the fastest way possible.

Running an MSP is very complicated. You’re going to run into problems. And things will constantly fall apart. Or you’ll struggle to find good employees, keep good employees, and sell to customers.

For entrepreneurs some days are a whack-a-mole game where you’re getting hit from all sides with things that aren’t working. Employees aren’t working, disasters, and problems, etc. And if you’re struggling with those things, the single best strategy is something I learned from Tony Robbins years ago.

The best thing to do when you’re up against a wall, when you’re up against a glass ceiling, when you’re solving problems that are just bedeviling you, and no matter what you’re doing is not working, the single best thing you can do is find somebody else who’s already getting the result that you want and model them.

That’s it. For example, if I want to learn the best way to hire and manage productive appointment setters, I need to go find someone who has successfully hired good appointment setters. Learn and model what they’re doing. I’d ask them how they recruit, interview, onboard, and compensate. What is their working model?

It’s amazing to me in this information age, where everything is a three-second Google search away, that people sit and struggle with the same stupid problems over and over again. I’m telling you, hiring people, marketing, sales, anything that you’re dealing with, it’s not new. There are other people who have dealt with those problems. They figured it out. They’ve solved it.  They know how to solve it.  They’ve done it before.

And instead of beating your head against the wall, trying to figure it out, taking forever, spending a lot of money, being frustrated, not getting anywhere fast, instead of doing that and going through that pain, find somebody else who’s already successful and get the recipe.  It’s as simple as that.

Modeling is one of a number of productivity strategies I’ll be sharing with you at our upcoming roadshow. We’re calling it 7 steps to a 7-figure earning MSP.

So if you’re an MSP that wants to learn how to grow and net one million dollars or more, you need to come to our roadshow. I’m literally giving you the blueprint to help you become a seven figure plus earning MSP.

We’ve got five cities that we’re going to, and day one is going to be all about that. About building your business, about the financial metrics, about hiring and managing people, about entrepreneurial productivity. And coming to the event, one of the good things is that a lot of my clients are seven figure earners, or they’re very, very close to it. They’re very successful.

By coming to the event, not only will you get what I’m sharing on stage, but you can meet with and network with very successful MSPs. So you can bring your challenges and say, “Here’s the thing I can’t figure out,” and you get to talk to me, talk to my staff, and talk to your peers. A lot of them are my client coaches who all run very successful MSPs and have walked through the same problems you have.
