Let’s do the math:
- Say you’re getting 30 leads a year, closing 33% of them and each client is worth $1,000/month. That’s $120,000 in new annual recurring revenue.
- Now let’s say you improve each area by just 10%:
- 33 → 36 leads
- 33% → 36% close rate
