Wanted: Jr. Marketing Coach and Customer Service Manager

We are a small, fast-growing marketing consulting firm that is in need of a marketing coach/customer service manager who will help us support and retain customers. In this position you will be responsible for managing, supporting and retaining members for our Apprentice Club program. Most of your responsibility will be able to provide accurate and helpful marketing advice to our clients by phone and e-mail.

Success in this position will be measured in the following areas:

  • Measurable Increases In Clients’ Success
    You must be highly competent in answering our clients questions regarding the marketing systems and campaigns they have purchased and how to implement them. This will require you to have detailed product knowledge as well as good marketing sense. The ideal person for this role will be a quick study who can take a leadership position in supporting clients.
  • Client Retention and Customer Service
    Our goal is to develop “raving fan” client-members who are thrilled with the value and service we deliver to them. In this role you will be responsible for improving member retention, reducing refunds and cancellations, as well as improving their overall satisfaction with our services and support.
  • Customer Service and Attention To Detail
    In this role you will need to master a lot of material in a short period of time and constantly improve your skills in this area. You will also need to be able to manage a number detailed projects simultaneously. We work in an extremely fast-paced, intense environment; those looking for an easy “9-5” job need not apply.

Ideally, this person will have studied the likes of Dan Kennedy, Jay Abraham and other information marketers as well as the classics such as Caples, Hopkins and Ogilvy.
